Safety Standards

LifeTree (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting all users, especially children. These Safety Standards outline the rules required to maintain a safe environment within the LifeTree app.

1. Protection Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

LifeTree strictly prohibits:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) in any form
  • Sharing, creating, requesting, or distributing any content involving child sexual abuse
  • Grooming, sexual communication with minors, or attempts to contact minors for exploitation
  • Uploading, posting, or sharing nude, sexual, or inappropriate images/videos of minors
  • Any attempt to bypass parental consent or misrepresent a minor’s identity

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Child Safety Requirements

  • Users under 13/18 may use LifeTree only with verified parental consent.
  • Parents can monitor, review, and request deletion of their child’s data at any time.
  • We actively review and remove content that endangers children or violates these standards.

3. User Behavior Expectations

All LifeTree users must agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward family members and community members
  • Not post violent, hateful, harmful, or sexually explicit content
  • Not impersonate others or create fraudulent family relationships
  • Not use the platform for harassment, bullying, or threats

4. Prohibited Content

The following are not allowed on LifeTree:

  • CSAE-related content or child endangerment
  • Nudity or sexual content
  • Violence, hate speech, or graphic harm
  • Extremist or criminal activity
  • Attempts to manipulate or misuse family data
  • Spam or malicious activity

5. Reporting & Enforcement

Users may report violations at: info@lifetree.social

We will:

  • Review violations quickly
  • Remove harmful content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in serious abuse
  • Report CSAE cases to relevant authorities

6. Reference to Our App

These standards apply to all users of the LifeTree mobile application and LifeTree online services.
