Refunds & Cancellation

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings in your device’s app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of that period.
  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

2. Refunds

  • All purchases made through the App are final.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for any subscription fees or in-app purchases, except where required by law or by the specific refund policies of Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the app store’s policies, you must contact the respective app store directly to request a refund. We do not process refunds directly.
  • In cases of technical issues preventing access to paid features, please contact us at info@lifetree.social. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we may offer a resolution, which could include extending your subscription or providing alternative compensation, at our sole discretion.
